1. What shipping options do you offer?

We believe in making the process of using a courier service easy, comfortable and convenient for our customers.

We offer the following freight options on checkout and endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days.

 

Short Length Orders – Packages under 1.0m in Length

Short length orders are parcel that are up to 25KG in weight and under 1.0m in length.

 

Long Length Orders – Packages over 1.0m in Length

Long length orders are parcels over 1.0m in length.

 

This freight option currently only covers the Sydney Metro, Wollongong, Nowra, Newcastle and Lower Blue Mountains areas.

We can deliver to areas outside of the above – price on application (POA)

 

Click & Collect – Pick up from our Ingleburn Warehouse

You can select this option to pick up from our Ingleburn Warehouse. You will be contacted via phone as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

Pickup times Only Monday to Fridays 7am to 5:00pm. We are NOT open on Weekends

PLEASE NOTE You will receive a call from office when your orde ris ready. DO NOT come to site until advised. Please allow 3-5 business days

Please note that you are responsible to ensure that you have the adequate vehicle to carry your load in both length and weight.

 

 

2. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers; private mail bags (PMBs) or locked bags. You will need to provide a street address to avoid delays.

 

3. Do the freight options include insurance on my goods?

These prices do not include any insurance on your delivery. Please contact the office if you require insurance.

 

4. What carriers do you use?

We use multiple carriers to deliver our online orders. Subject to the size of your order, it will be shipped with, but not limited to, one or more of the below:

  • Master Woodturning (Our Own driver)
  • Australia Post
  • Fastways Couriers
  • Barnetts
  • Transcoast Express

 

5. What is the handling time for my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days.

 

6. Can I allow Authority to Leave Unattended for my parcel?

At the checkout you can give authority to leave unattended for your goods in the comment box when placing your order. However, please note that neither Master Woodturning nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods. The goods will be left at your risk. In addition, the carrier retains the discretion not to leave the goods unattended, including where the carrier deems it to be unsafe to do so.

 

7. Are there any redelivery fees?

Should the order be unable to be delivered to or left at the delivery address a re delivery fee will apply.

 

8. Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not currently ship outside of Australia

We will be closed from Friday 20th December and Re-open Monday 13th January.  All orders placed will be despatched on return.          Thank you for your continued support this year. Merry Christmas, the MWT Team
